Return & Refund Policy – Nova Muse Wear

At Nova Muse Wear, we are committed to ensuring you love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Swimwear (without hygienic liner)
- Final sale items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
